Newborn Posing - Working with our little clients. Inclusive of classic newborn poses and how to do these safely. Transitioning through poses and working with babies natural rhythm. Wrapping and swaddling to soothe and suit various prop arrangements.
Safety - Newborn safety is of the utmost priority this will be discussed through every interaction with posing.
Studio Advice - Discussions around how to optimise the space you have for your sessions. Creating a space aimed at getting the results you want professionally.
Preparation - Comprehensive set up prior to clients arrival. Discussions around appropriate props and useful items for prop collections
Session workflow - How to optimise your session time and move through your workflow seamlessly, working with baby for a stress free session and great results. This includes working with fussy and/or wakeful babies to get the best results.
Technical Knowledge - Inclusive of camera settings and working with a strobe. Camera angels to maximise the session and correct use of lighting equipment and direction to enhance baby. Utilising lenses for each composition inclusive of props, macro and family portraits.
Families - Working with parents and siblings. Inclusive of image composition. Posing of baby with parents and working with baby and siblings.
Post-production - Collating and culling your final gallery. Utilising Photoshop and Lightroom to your advantage. Editing techniques to deal with tricky situations and to enhance your natural style.
Business advice - Individual advice. Things I have learned through experience and time. Answering any questions you may have and spending more time on area of most interest.
